Account and encrypted backup
You can use the core app privately without an account. Apple or Google sign-in is optional and enables encrypted cloud backup. Signing in alone cannot decrypt a journal on a new device; keep the recovery code created by the app in a secure place.
Scales Plus
Purchases and subscriptions are managed by the App Store on iPhone and Google Play on Android. If an active purchase is not recognized, open the Scales Plus screen and choose Restore Purchases.
Response information
When contacting support, include the device platform, app version, language, and a description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful when they do not expose private journal content.
